Autonomic Engineering is one integrated system, built and run by a single operator. A Rust harness governs every repository, a code-intelligence layer reads the work, native surfaces make it visible, and an email backbone with two-tier licensing runs the business. It builds, documents, ships, and sells software at a scale that usually takes a team. The tools observe their own use, and the commercial loop runs end to end.
